I suffered from a cold last week. I guess skipping running lowers your resistance…

I was suffering from a cold all last week. Fortunately, it didn’t seem to be the flu, but I couldn’t take a break from work halfway through and it ended up lasting a long time.

I’ve been feeling much better over the weekend, but I don’t think I’m at full strength yet.


What I think has changed since I started running is that I don’t catch colds so easily anymore. When you get stronger, you naturally get more resistant.

Exercise is important. Next year, even if I don’t win the lottery for the marathon, I will make sure to run in the fall.
