Date and Time of Visit: July 20, 2017, approximately 6:00 p.m.
On July 20, the third and last beautiful village was Soie, which is located about 30 minutes from Oulu where we stayed. The overall rating is 4 stars because it is a beautiful village with very impressive flowers. We arrived in the evening, but we were able to go inside the church. It was comfortable and nicely maintained, although I didn’t feel the fluffiness.
I also feel that they are putting a lot of effort into tourism. But at this time, there was no one except us, lol.
The official website doesn’t say much about the church, but from the shape of the church, it may have existed since the 17th century like the other villages. However, it is wonderful that the church has been well restored and maintained while keeping the old atmosphere.
By the way, this village is very impressive that there are beautiful flower decorations here and there in the village. Even though it was a good time of the year, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a village that was so well taken care of.

The roads were still as wide as ever, but I thought it was the most beautiful of the villages we visited that day. More photos, less text this time. Now there are only two more beautiful villages left.
