What I’m talking about is this blog. I started it just around this time 6 years ago, so it will be 6 whole years this April, and I’m starting my 7th season.
The reason why I started was to make a travelogue. Even now, it is the same purpose.
Yes, it was Ameblo at first. It’s famous for celebrity blogs now, but at the time it was still a minor player. I think I chose Ameblo because their design template was more beautiful than other companies.
After that, I wanted more freedom, got my own domain, rented a server, and went through Movable Type and WordPress as management tools until now. (WordPress since 2009)
Recently, I’ve been writing only « travelogues », « iPhone stories », and « Google stories », but actually, in the beginning, I wrote a lot of serious essays. I’m ashamed to read them now…

Even so, the number of « series » has really increased. Thanks to that, I don’t have any trouble with stories (laughs) Category Archives, there are so many even if I just list them briefly….

The challenge from now on is, after all, to get into a rut of this series system and also to organize the huge archive.
However, even though I feel that I have only a limited number of themes as a result, I think the secret of why I have been able to continue writing for so long is that I have not focused on any particular theme, but have always written on the spur of the moment.
マンネリ化や整理は念頭に入れつつも、かといってそれを意識しすぎずに今まで通り思いつきで、内容が思いつかなければとりあえず写真を貼るといった、テキトーモードでこれからも続けていければいいなと思っています。
