Celebrating Beef Anniversary at Ningyocho Imahan

Every year January 24th is « Beef Memorial Day » and we went to the annual Ningyocho Imahan « Beef Memorial Day ».

"明治5年１月24日、宮中にて明治天皇が1200年間禁止されていた牛肉を召し上がり、これにより一気に牛肉文化が定着"、これを記念して毎年この日は90分一本勝負のすき焼き食べ放題を味わうことができるのです。

I went there with my friends and 8 people in total. I was the participation of the second time in total. Incidentally, although the store which we visited is the course of all-you-can-eat sukiyaki like the same in Ueno-Hirokoji store and any store in principle, it seems that price and the content differ slightly in each.

At first, the lady cooks it for us like this, but after that, we can cook and eat it freely by ourselves.

We chose red wine to accompany our meal. This is a full-bodied wine with just the right amount of sweetness, and the taste is more than worth the price.
