The last beautiful village of the day. We visited this beautiful village after the rain, and it was the most « healed » village in our tour of beautiful villages.
I had to get to Lyon before dark, and at first I thought I wouldn’t visit, but it was so close to Château-Chalon that I decided to take the opportunity and go there without worrying about the time.
This turned out to be a great decision, I had no idea that the village was surrounded by such a rustic and beautiful location….
The stream running through the village has a very nice atmosphere.
It is a beautiful village surrounded by valleys.
The houses are built along the main street.
For a very small village, there was a very fine church and its related facilities. But we couldn’t go inside in time.
We didn’t have a lot of time so we had to rush around, but it was a really relaxing village.
After this, we just drove and drove for almost 2 hours to Lyon. We managed to arrive just before sunset. The sun had already set, and we were able to relax after the long journey.
