Date and Time of Visit: July 18, 2018, approximately 7:00 p.m.
We visited a total of 7 beautiful villages on this day. This was the most in this trip. This last village is very close to Ny, about 10 minutes by car. In other words, it is very close to Durbuy where we stayed. In summer in Europe, it is bright until late, but in this latitude (about 50 degrees), it becomes evening atmosphere at 19:00.
This village was like a normal residential area as well as Nyi. There is no special parking lot for tourists, and it became a form of temporary parking in the space on the outskirts of the village.
Even though it was a normal residential area, the village church « Sainte Valbrugge Church » was certainly beautiful. We could not see inside. But this is the only place to see. The rest of the village, though, is just a little walk and walk around the residential area.
It is true that the atmosphere is nice, but there are only houses, even if it is a beautiful village, it makes me wonder what this is. I wonder if it is good for outsiders to visit without permission. However, it can be said that they are actively involved in attracting tourism by joining the Beautiful Village Association. It is a complicated feeling.
After strolling around for about 15 minutes, we headed back to Durbuy.
