マルセイユといえば、やっぱり「ブイヤベース(bouillabaisse)」だね!
Of course we had it. We stayed in Marseille for one night, but we had it twice: the night we arrived and the next day at noon.
I heard that there were many restaurants around the old port where we stayed, but yes, there were so many that I felt like I was in Tokyo.
But there are some difficult ones, so I’m certainly not sure where to enter. I’ve already forgotten where I entered…
Alright, a few comments.
「値段」
It depends on the restaurant, the ingredients, etc., but I would say it’s somewhere between 30 and 60 euros. Of course, you can add better ingredients and it can be more expensive.
「量」
« I’ve eaten at two different restaurants, and both times I had the same impression.
I think it’s a reasonable amount, at least if you consider it as a main dish. Even so, it’s probably more than the Japanese image.
「味」
It was delicious. But it might get boring gradually…
The taste is quite strong, but I think it is easy for Japanese people to eat because it is a fish dish.
It seems to be usually accompanied by something like this.
